Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before we speak.
We have answered the questions we hear most often from prospective clients. If something is not covered here, we are one email away.
We help businesses operate more intelligently through AI. We specialise in two areas: automating the manual, repetitive processes that consume your team's time and slow your operations down, and deploying private AI systems, purpose-built for your business, that your team can use to retrieve information, generate documents and make faster decisions, all within your own secure environment.
Everything we deliver is designed around your specific business, not adapted from a generic product.
We work with businesses of all sizes, from early-stage companies to large enterprises, across any industry and any geography. Our clients span the UAE, GCC and internationally, with engagements across financial services, logistics, real estate, healthcare and professional services, among others.
What they share is not a sector or a headcount, it is a recognition that their operations have room to become faster, smarter and less dependent on manual effort.
Workflow Automation eliminates the manual steps in your operations, approvals, data entry, document processing, reporting and handoffs between systems. It connects your existing tools and makes them work together without human intervention.
A Private GPT is a conversational AI model built on your own business knowledge. Your team can ask it questions, generate content, summarise contracts and retrieve information instantly, without sending anything to a public cloud or shared platform.
They are distinct solutions, but many of our clients ultimately deploy both. We will advise on which is the right starting point during the discovery process.
Your data never leaves your environment. Every solution we build is deployed within your own infrastructure, whether that is your on-premise servers or your private cloud. Nothing passes through shared or public platforms.
We sign comprehensive confidentiality agreements before any work begins, and full intellectual property ownership transfers to you at project completion. You are not renting access to something we control, you own it outright.
No. We function as your technical team for the duration of the engagement. You need someone who understands your business and can make decisions, we handle everything else. That includes architecture, build, system integrations, testing and documentation.
Before handover, we train your staff so your team is confident using what we have built, regardless of their technical background.
Timelines depend on scope. A focused workflow automation project is typically delivered in four to eight weeks. A full Private GPT deployment with multiple integrations generally takes two to four months.
Every proposal we issue includes a milestone-by-milestone delivery timeline agreed before work begins. You will always know exactly what is being built and when to expect it.
We offer structured support agreements that keep your system performing as your business evolves. Your support package includes a named account manager, a dedicated contact line via phone, email and WhatsApp, 24/7 availability and a monthly bank of engineering hours for configuration changes, updates and ongoing development needs.
We also conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities to expand the value of what we have built together.
Yes. Before we design anything, we map your existing technology, your CRM, ERP, document management systems, communication platforms and databases. Our solutions are built around your current infrastructure, not as a replacement for it.
We work with most major platforms and build custom connectors where standard integrations do not exist. Compatibility is addressed during scoping, not discovered mid-project.
Three things. First, you work directly with our senior team from day one, there is no handoff to a junior delivery team after the contract is signed. Second, we are vendor-independent, which means we recommend what is right for your business rather than what we are commercially tied to.
Third, everything we build belongs to you entirely. No licensing fees, no vendor lock-in and no ongoing dependency on us to keep it operational.
Our agreements are governed by DIFC law, which is internationally recognised and aligned with common law principles. On the technical side, because every solution is deployed within your own infrastructure, you retain full control over where your data resides and how it is handled.
For clients in financial services, healthcare, legal and other regulated sectors, we address compliance requirements before scoping begins so they are architecturally embedded in the solution from the outset.
Yes, and many of our clients take this approach. We offer phased delivery, where larger projects are structured into defined stages, each with its own scope, milestones and acceptance criteria. You see working results at the end of each phase before committing to the next.
Phased projects are governed under a single agreement, so there is no need to renegotiate terms as the scope grows.
We deliver the vast majority of our engagements entirely remotely, which is how we work effectively with clients across multiple time zones and geographies without compromising on quality or communication.
On rare occasions where a client's environment or security protocols call for an in-person presence, we are able to arrange for a member of our team to be on-site.
Yes, without exception. Before any detailed discussion about your business, systems or data takes place, we execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
You should never have to choose between protecting sensitive information and exploring whether a technology partner is the right fit.
We have a structured response framework in place for exactly that. Issues are categorised by severity, and our team responds accordingly, critical system failures are addressed within two hours, with progressively tiered response times for lower-severity issues.
You will have a direct line to our team around the clock via phone, email and WhatsApp, not a generic support ticket queue.
The first step is a discovery call, a focused conversation where we listen to what you are trying to solve, understand your environment and assess where we can add the most value. There is no obligation and no prepared sales pitch.
